After a database is purchased on this site, and credit card clears, the buyer will be given a link to download the database/list. ConsumerMailLists.com is not responsible for computer issues arizing from download. You may need WinRar or WinZip installed on your computer to download our databases. Delivery by mail: once a database/list is purchased from our site you may email or call and request to have the database/list mailed to your address via postal mail. ConsumerMailLists.com will only mail out a CD/DVD if the buyer requests. By placing an order from ConsumerMailLists.com you agree to our Delivery Terms.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the data sold, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you have any questions regarding our terms of use or refund policy please call or email ConsumerMailLists.com before placing your order.
